Candy is an excellent developer and an asset to the applications team. Candy is willing to work off shift when required to bring a project to completion on deadline. We have relied quite heavily upon Candy to perform all manner of project work during a resource restricted year. Candy is willing to take on whatever project we ask her to do. She performed some of the DTI Circulation conversion programming, WSJ subscriber automation, a sizable carrier duplication project and several smaller initiatives like new pub creation, carrier billing cycle change over work, and PIA rate changes. Candy is capable of performing any program development task that is asked of her. Candy is an independent worker. She has a great rapport with her internal customers. Candy is a self starter and requires little supervision once she understands the project objective. Candy handles many problems/issues on her own trying not to bother the others on the team.
